Year 2 bring their castles topic home
Hazel Class have been so inspired by their castles topic that many pupils made castles at home to share with the class.
Year 2 have been completely absorbed in their castles topic this half term.
Our Principal, S-J Pyne, loved walking past Hazel Class this week and seeing how engaged the children are. Many of them have drawn and built castles at home and brought them into class to share, from colourful drawings of motte and bailey castles to a model complete with a moat, a workshop and a blacksmith.
It has been a brilliant way to round off a half term that also included the class trip to Stansted Mountfitchet Castle. Well done, Hazel Class!
