Apple & Beech, Cherry and Elm settle back in

A look at what our youngest classes have been learning since returning from half term.
It's been a creative first week back for Apple & Beech, Cherry and Elm.
Apple and Beech have been exploring Bonfire Night, creating colourful fireworks with paint and glitter, enjoying a Bonfire Café role play, and practising their early reading and number skills.
Cherry have been writing their own comic strips inspired by Zog, exploring the ceramic art of Clarice Cliff, and sorting fruit and vegetables in a hands-on science activity.
Elm have tackled gymnastics in PE, started using NumBots to support their maths, and begun exploring the story of Zog ahead of writing their own comic strips.
Well done to this week's Learning for Life Award winners in each class, we're proud of you all.
